For PC: Movie Maker - comes with your computer Jumpcut - jumpcut.com/ Blender - blender.org/ Jahshaka - jahshaka.org/ For Mac: iMovie 6.0 (NOT 7.0) - comes with your computer Blender - blender.org/ Jahshaka - jahshaka.org/ Just in case, for Linux: Lives - http://lives.sourceforge.net Blender - blender.org/ If you get really into editing, I suggest you invest in Sony Vegas for Mac or Final Cut Express for Mac - They're amazing and very easy to use. You won't regret getting either.
Windows Movie Maker that comes in Windows. :) It's the best and it's absolutely easy to use! You can do a ton of things with it.
:) Some computer come with ROXIO.. if yours does this one is even better, but it costs like $29.99 if it's not preloaded into your computer. But I definitely suggest Windows Movie Maker if you want a free one. :).
I know it's not technically free (insert anti-trust arguments here), but I actually really like the "Movie Maker" Microsoft ships for free with XP/Vista. It's simple and robust. And, I'm a Mac guy with iMovie on my desktop.. Note: I don't know if the XP version does HD or not.
I assume it does if that's the format you input in. The Vista version will.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
