When a guy is going bald, the graceful thing to do is shave it all off, right? What about for women?

It always amazes me that when men go bald it always seems to start as a thumbprint on the top of the head. Women can look lovely without hair but so few will try it. Of course some will not look great.

But hey neither do I without hair.

Actually, I think the proper way to handle it for a male is to go in steps. First, you deny it. You;re not going bald.

Grandpa didn't go bald, and you have HIS genes. Then, you hide it. You've worn baseball caps your whole life, it's not your fault your friends never noticed.

Next, you pretend you didn't notice. A comb over can fool anybody, from a distance at night. Next, you compensate.

Grow a bozo or a half mullet. No excuses. THEN, and only then do you shave it off, and let it tan.

For a woman, it's all about wigs and hats. It simply is not accepted for a woman to be bald, well, beyond the age of 15 and rebellious. Beauty shops have all sorts of hidden magic in them that non-flamboyant men will never understand.

Photo gives examples of both balding and flamboyancy.

You probably got to ask yourself this. What do you use it for primarily? Do you see yourself eg. Gaming or doing graphics etc at all?

Or just for surfing the net, emails etc? For me, a laptop needs to be small and light. The current new 13" macbook pro appeals to be most. Has the power, the speed and I can play games if I want to.

Should I be doing actual work that needs a larger screen, i'll work on my desktop.

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
