When buying a house does the bank calculate you business income before expends or after the business expenses and taxes paid?

For every job I have ever applied for a passport is the best available ID. Even expired it is the only document needed to prove citizenship. I have never heard of a landlord declining a tenant based on passport as ID but I don't know the legal aspects of that part of your question.
