Goulash I brown the onions and peppers before, about 5 minutes, and then add the meat. I think the onions and peppers get done a little better. Plus it flavors the meat with the onions and peppers.

I f you add a little salt while browning the onions it will cause them to sweat and release liquid. They will brown easier not burn, as quickly.

Goulash I have never heard of using hamburger meat for goulash, it normally is beef strips sautéed with onions and peppers. Then all those ingredients are taken out and flour goes into the pan and stirred vigorously so it won't lump. (You can use butter if you don't have enough oil in the pan).

I love goulash and German noodles called spatzle. I will try hamburger meat the next time. Thanks .

Frying hamburger for goulash I always add onions and green pepper when frying up hamburger. Just gives the meat a nicer flavor and tenderizes the veggies! .

During. Based upon lots of experience frying hamburger meat, I can tell you that it takes longer to fry hamburger meat that it does to fry onions and peppers. I've learned from trial and error that halfway through the cooking time for the hamburgers is when you should add the onions and peppers.

I would add the onions and peppers before the meat. The vegetables will need to cook until they are tender, while the meat will only need to cook until it is done, which doesn't take as long.....

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
