Yes. Usually I wear shorts, and usually they are short shorts because they look more comfortable and feel more comfortable. Occasionally I'll wear a skirt.

No, short shorts (as in bum shorts) in my opinion will always look trashy even if they're pretty shorts on a good figure. I do wear shorts quite a lot in hot weather although dresses, skirts and playsuits I wear a lot too.
