When I block a sender's email in Outlook Express, does the sender get a message that their email is blocked?

1 No. "Blocking" isn't blocking at all. It's not a refusal of acceptance at the Mail Server.It's just Outlook filtering your email for you, and determining "hey this one's on the block list, I'll just trash it".

2 However, if the sender is the least bit computer-savvy, they will know that it was you who "blocked" them when they try to send you an Email, and the answer to your Question would therefore be "yes".

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
