I'm confused about URL channels too. But I made one for hub pages using the profile page and it shows a lot of information, so maybe I did it correctly, I don't know.

Yes, if your numbers match, you will get credit for your page views. Now you have to concentrate on getting a lot of page views!

Regarding channels: You don't need to add individual channels if you don't want to. You'll just see the total earnings for HubPages. However, if you want to know earnings for each individual hub you should add URL channels for each one.

If you know which hubs are earning you the most, you can write more of the same or tweak the ones that don't earn much so that they will earn more.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
