When I run ArcIMS Designer outside of ArcIMS Manager, the web site folder gets created, but it is empty. Why?

There are a few things you can check for. First, make sure that there is adequate disk space available where you're creating the website directory. Second, on Windows, check the properties of the shortcut you're using to launch ArcIMS Designer.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
