When I try to download the specifications, I get boxes, Greek symbols, and other gibberish that I can't read. What is wrong?

The specifications that are posted on this web site are sent from various sources within harris county. All specifictions are written with a version of microsoft word up to and including the latest version released by microsoft. If you see jibberish with your version of word then you are trying to read a document created with a version that is newer than yours.

To view and print the document you can either upgrade to the latest version of microsoft word or download the latest microsoft word viewer from microsoft: http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/downloadcatalog/dldword.htm? More.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
