It could be your firewall or anti-virus program blocking this access but that's a guess.. My suggestion is to install either Opera, Firefox and or Chrome and use one of them instead until you can find the problem. Most other browsers can't access some sites that others can and Internet Exployer is not the exception (though it accesses most) so using another browser exclusively to access sites that you can't get with IE is you way around it.. If they don't work as well then you have a problem in your system... Try rebooting in that case before freaking out.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
