Try to do somthing like running and sweat it out, it hellps or just screem. Answer: Umm you need to go to the doctors and see if they have anything to control your anger. But also like the person above run and sweat out the anger and just let everything out when running, if you need to cry then cry, if you need to scream then scream.
Don't hold it in that is what makes you punch and break things, so let it out and don't hold it in ok...i hope things get better and im here for ya.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
