When planning a family reunion how long in advance should you send out the invitations? In case people were coming in from out of state?

If you really don't want anyone to have an excuse then do it one year in advance. This gives everyone the opportunity to plan it around any vacations they have planned. Also you are not aware of the finances of people coming from out of state so they might need the time to save for the expense of the trip.

I would say that a month in advance would be appropriate. If people have to come from out of town, and really even if they don't, a month in advance would give them plenty of time to plan to attend the event. If you give any less of time, they might have something already scheduled and it would be too late to get out of.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
