When we post our link to other blog site (blogger), is it copying?

If it is just the url you are copying, this is alright. You can add a short description, but it is better not to copy it from the hub, but you need to write a new one.

You can link to your blog and your hubs from either, but you cannot copy the text within your hub or blog post.

You can post links both ways, and is probably a good way to get more traffic and better rankings for your content. However, if you post the same content in two places, with or without a link, your article would be punished by hubpages for being duplicate content. So, I'd advise against copying and pasting your content in two spots, as it will be punished and perhaps banned from hubpages.

If you however write about one subject and can tie that into a post you've already done, that would better you and hubpage users. As for getting money twice, yes, sort of. Assuming readers will go from Hubpages to your blog.

They most likely won't if it's the same content (why would they want to read the same content twice, back to back? ). Hope that answered your questions!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
