When will Verizon get an Android phone? Would it be a better competitor to the iPhone on a different network?

Verizon Wireless has stated that they will get the Android phone "in the near future. " This could mean months, it could mean a year. Just whatever Verizon means by "near future."

As for the "better competitor," it might. However, there have been plans for new iPhone-like phones coming from Apple to Verizon. One phone is rumored to be an "iPhone lite" or "iPhone Nano," being a smaller version of the iPhone.

The other phone thought to be in Verizon is a multimedia phone, bringing HD videos and other features. Apple and Verizon have both confirmed the two phones, but the official names haven't been released. Since Verizon will have Android and the two Apple phones, this could bring a lot of competition to T-Mobile and AT&T.

A lot of people prefer Verizon Wireless (well, at least in my area), so bringing the two brands to Verizon could lose business for those two. I guess we'll just wait and see, right? :) Have a nice day!

I bet that they do get an android phone. It would be tough to compete with the sheer power of the iPhone and its great App Store. I think it will be a fierce competitor, though.

The Verizon network has been excellent- at least how I've experienced it- and the Android phone platform is great for developers. If I were Apple, I would be a bit worried.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
