Where and what to use to catch speckled trout on the Texas coast in november?

Fully submerge it. If the water is over a foot or so deep where you put it hang it so there isn't over 6 inches of water over the top of it. I usually put a piece of bread (half slice balled up) and a piece of hot dog in mine.

Sometimes I get minnows, maybe small bluegill inch or so long, maybe a few crawdads. Sometimes I get nothing. P.S. Please take a moment to award a "Best Answer" to one of those who answers your question.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
