Householders will not normally have tyres for disposal. These are usually retained and disposed of by tyre fitting companies. However, tyres can be taken to the Belton, Barton and Cottage Beck Household Recycling Centres for recycling.
A charge of £2.50 must be paid for each tyre deposited at these sites. Only car tyres are accepted at these sites and NO lorry or tractor tyres will be accepted. Please see our Household Recycling Centres - charges for tyres page for further information.
