I have 3 recommendations: Nobu (expensive) Tomoe Sushi (not as expensive) Bond Street (expensive) Lived in NY for 10+ years and I would recommend three places: Nobu 105 Hudson St, New York, 10013 (212) 219-0500 The food is amazing but also incredibly expensive. If you can afford it, I would recommend going for the omakase - which is basically the chef making dishes for you off the menu. I did this with my wife several years ago and it still is the best dinner i’ve ever had.

That said, Nobu is known more for its unique dishes vs the sushi. Sushi is very good here but the other dishes are off the charts. Tomoe Sushi 172 Thompson St New York, NY 10012 (212) 777-9346 This place is a more traditional sushi restaurant and is considered one of the best in nyc.It still is expensive, but it won’t break the bank as much as Nobu.

Bond Street Restaurant 6 Bond St New York, NY 10012 (212) 777-2500 Bond street also has amazing sushi, but also has great dishes as well. Not as good as Nobu, but excellent. I would put Bond Street’s sushi ahead of Nobu’s but not as good as Tomoe.

All of these restaurants require reservations. Enjoy! Superdave's Recommendations Zagat Survey 2007 New York City Restaurants Amazon List Price: $14.95 Used from: $7.90 Average Customer Rating: 4.5 out of 5 (based on 3 reviews) All 3 are listed in Zagat and are rated excellent!

Nobu and Yama I think Nobu is the classic answer - they're certainly the most famous sushi restuarant in NYC. I've only actually had dinner there once, but it was pretty special. More info on Nobu.

Personally, my favorite sushi place in the city is Yama. I've eaten here a number of times and it never disappoints. You also don't need to call ahead 2 months to get a reservation (actually, they don't take them, you just need to get there early and be prepared to wait an hour) like you would for Nobu.

If I'm taking someone who knows sushi to a sushi place in NYC, I'm going to Yama. More info on Yama. Sources: my taste buds Google Map View Larger Map There's one in the West Village too although I've never been to that one.

I am looking for a song that has the words, "I've ain't never been to New York City.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
