Post traumatic stress disorder or PTSD is a very serious mental condition that is hard to live with. Between the nightmares and flashbacks of the traumatic event it makes it hard to go through life. I would recommend going to a psychiatrist or counselor.It's important to talk about the trauma with someone, this could help you begin to work through it and maybe lessen your symptoms.
Also a psychiatrist can provide medications to help you sleep better and to lessen the frequency of your flashbacks. It is also important that your loved ones know you have this condition so that they aren't completely lost if you have a flashback or become violent.It's important to continue treatment with a counselor or psychiatrist even after the symptoms have gotten a little better. PTSD can last a life time and it's something that should be constantly monitored.

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
