The most important thing with regards to cooking string beans is to remove the string they might have before you cook them. Many modern varieties of string beans have got hardly any strings especially if they are quite young. The way you remove the string is to take each bean and cut each side at the end, but not completely, just so that you can peel the string off.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
