Where can I read authentic History of Islam after the death of Prophet Muhammed Sallallahu alaihi wassallam?

Wa alaykum asalam Oh definitely knowing about the life history of Muhammad (saw) would increase our love for him! I am already listening to Anwar al Awlakis cd's about the life of the final messenger. I am on the Medina period- Battle of Badr. he is an amazing lecturer Masha Allah and the CD's are so influential.

It is a major MUST to learn about our beloved messenger (saw) because it is our History and we also get a much better understanding of the Qur'an as it was revealed in stages throughout his life. And loving prophet Muhammad (saw) more than ourselves, family etc is how one can attain true iman. Insha Allah we all achieve this Ameen Jazak Allah khair for sharing this with us :-).

Wa alaikum salam. We can increase our love for the last messenger of Allah Muhammad pbuh by obeying to all of his instructions and prohibitions as stated in his hadith and giving dua for his glory on the day of judgement every day at least 5 times a day We should follow his best example how to be a good muslim in our daily lives.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
