You may advertise,market and offer personal training in individuals homes or rental units. You would not be able to have a class in your rental unit or condo. The property manager would not give you permission to hold such a class.
In most condo complexes they would normally have a gym or some sort within the complex. The association would not allow you to conduct an unauthorized class in this gym. You might offer your services to the condo association and be hired by them.
Many personal trainers that do is not hired to work out of a gym would do this personal training for individuals. You might consider renting a commercial space and start classes. Of course if you do this yow would be required to apply for and obtain the necessary and required license from the city, county and state to operate this business.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
