There are many cookbooks out there geared toward meals for children, and Jessica Seinfeld’s Deceptively Delicious: Simple Secrets To Get Your Kids Eating Good Food is a great place to start. Deceptively Delicious offers recipes that blend vegetables into common foods in an innovative way that is not only delicious, but nutritious as well. If getting your kids to eat right is a battle, this cookbook is for you.
Jessica is a master of disguise when it comes to hiding vegetables in food, such as pureed cauliflower in macaroni and cheese and spinach in brownies. And the beauty is the kids don’t even know it’s there. She has great snack food ideas and tips as well.
