2 I can't come up with the answer to your question in IE. I assume you have a normal looking web page and the 'add to wish list' button is missing. I can't find the location where the various parts of the page are listed.
I had that happen in Firefox and finally determined that the missing item was not checked in the media listing. Perhaps someone else can help you find that. I suspect you have other 'buttons' missing as well on that web site.
Rebooting might help. It didn't in my case.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
