Its electronic... that's why you cant find it its built into the fuel pump yes it is attached to the fuel pump but can be changed independantly The fuel pressure regulator is a little metal can with a rubber diaphragm and coil spring in it clipped onto the fuel pump assembly inside the fuel tank. To replace, the fuel tank should be less than 50% full, but it is not necessary to remove the tank from the car.
