Where is the fuse panel in a 1993 Saturn?

Answer I believe that it is on the passenger side of the center console, down by the floor. In the general area of where your left ankle would be, if you were sitting in the passenger seat Answer I have a '94 Saturn SL2. There is the above mentioned fuse panel, but there is also another one under the hood, on the driver's side.It holds the larger fuses for things like your horn and headlights.
