Where is the starter located on a 1996 Cadillac Eldorado Northstar engine?

Answer starter is inside engine. Yes I said inside. Intake valley and injection system removed,starter is in valley.

I have had one replaced on a 95 eldorado. I suggest you go to your favorite auto parts, buy the starter and take car and starter to GM and let them change it. Buying the starter yourself will save around 300.00.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
