Yes, this will be possible but it is of course better to anchor near a dock so that you can come straight to land from the ship. Docks will only be built in certain areas with the required depth. Ships will need to be anchored far enough offshore to avoid shallow seas.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
