Ko'Olina Resort on the leeward side of Oahu has beautiful sunsets. I have lived here for 20 years.
The beach behind the AF Base in Kailua HI. It was a 30-second walk outside our cottage and wonderful! Also the north shore on Oahu - I tried snorkeling for the first time and had a blast.
The most awesome Beach I have ever seen was White Heaven, at the Whitsunday Islands in Australia.
Home--So. Calif. On a hot day after school was out.
There may be other beaches more beautiful but that one is home. Miss it still.
The island of Bequai in the West Indies has some amazing beaches..most are white sand but one is black sand and it sparkles like diamonds in the sun. Very cool beach.
Waikiki beach in Hawaii and jimbaran bay Bali.
The one in my head,.... its always perfect, auto- adjusts for my mood,... not too crowded (most of the time),.... nice bar at the tree line,... no tourists, prety private (most of the time),... yea, the one in my head,.... thats my favorite.
The beach in hurghada (egypt) at the Red sea. Beautiful water.
The best beach I have visited is Porec, Croatia :).
The best beach that I have been to was on the Island of St. Thomas in the Caribbean. When I am trying to think of calm peaceful places this is where I imagine being. The turquoise water, clean white sand and perfect temperatures make me want to go back again.
Definitely Naples Beach. Lots of sugar sand and beautiful sunsets. I even wrote a hub on Naples.
It was a beach not far from the Sidi Bou Saiid train station in Tunisia. The Mediterranean waters were very beautiful.
I have been to many beautiful beaches and the one in Corsica is the beach of St. Julia where I was fascinated. The first time I jump in the crystal clear water, I told to my husband " wow as of I am in the swimmingpool! The fine sand which you could see doens't move as of I am stepping on a cemented floor, the water is so calm, the temperature is perfect.
I can't decide. Newport Oregon I would say today.
Thailand. Phuket, before the typhoon. It was beautiful and great fun!
It was on on the island of Sal, Cape Verde. Clear blue water, clear blue skies, not too crowded, and a bar!
Seaside Heights and Park NJ. I lived there for 15 years and loved it!
It's a tie. Loved Mexico and Punta Cana. My next trip will be Puerto Rico.
I love white sand beaches.
Olu Deniz Fethiye, Bodrum Gumbet, Akcay, Antalya and Altinoluk. They are all in the Turkish Riviera.
Big Beach (Makena Beach State Park), Maui - Hawaii : clear bue water, golden sand and not crowded.
I don't remember the name of it, but it was a tiny beach near my hotel on the Big Island in Hawaii. It was surrounded by giant lava rocks and was sort of secluded and private. The water was crystal clear and you could just dive in and swim with the turtles and fish.
I would loveeee to go back :).
I would have to say Cancun Mexico. Just went there recently and it was absolutely beautiful. White beaches and turquoise water......
The beach I've v visited is lake beach in Nigerien, located around Lagos state, part of Nigerian, the beach look ever blue.
A long time ago I went to the island of Creta, in Greece. Its beaches were unforgettable for me. It is bathed by warm crystalline Mediterranean waters.
I was young when I went, but it was in California and I can't remember which beach. But it was a dreary day and when we got to the beach we where the only ones there and it was misting ever so slightly. The ocean was grey and so was the sky-I just remember being at peace, it was so quiet and I felt like one with nature.
That was the best beach to me :).
When I was in Hong Kong I hiked over this mountain ride with my girlfriend and some friends to a small coastal town on the other side(called Shek O). We went to this awesome beach after we got there incredibly exhausted. The sand was amazingly soft and it was sundown so it was beautiful and relaxing.
The beach was just incredible, and it was much quieter than the one we went to earlier that day. We then ate dinner at this delicious restaurant with black lights. Best day ever :D.
Definitely Magens Bay in St. Thomas. Beautiful... And I miss it...
The best beach I have ever been too was in Cape Town, South Africa..it was overlooked by table mountain during the sunset which created an awesome atmosphere!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
