If they want you to do a diploma course before you qualify for admission to MBA program, you should have figured out long before this that MBA is far more advanced, therefore more valuable, than the diploma course. As for what jobs you might qualify to apply for, that's up to you. Grades?
Courses taken? What have you learned & how are you going to apply that to make yourself valuable to an employer? What's the job market like in your country?
MBA is a glut on many job markets these days, not a qualification for any employment visa due to overload of citizens with MBAs and no jobs. There's a good chance you won't qualify for any job at all. Especially since with today's glutted job markets, employers disdain those with back-to-back bachelor's + MBA.
They only want proven performers - 3-5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in progressively more responsible positions, deemed by your employer to be prospective managerial-executive level talent. Got that experience, references, recommendations from your employer?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
