Which do you find more pleasing, a male singing voice or a female singing voice?

A male voice with tone and texture. I don't like when people sing like they're yelling but I also don't like the nasal pitches of some female singers. I like when I voice has clarity so I can connect the lyrics/tone of a song.

I love a baratone deep voice like Matt Berninger of the National shazwellyn.hubpages.com/hub/The-National-Ro or Thom Yorke of Radiohead, or Jim Morrison of The Doors, Ian Curtis of Joy Division shazwellyn.hubpages.com/hub/The-Psychosis-o - I think you are getting my link - they all have a deep drone to their voices like an om.... *wink.

Definitely a gruff and distinctive male voice; something like Cash. Dylan, or perhaps even DMX...

Men, someone gravelly, Dylan, Rod Stewart, Cash, etc. The so called divas have awful howling wailing voices, supposedly heroic from the volume, but all they doing is screaching and shouuting some awful noise, quite often a lot of meaningless words.

Taylor Swift is fine. Lindsey dePaul has honey dripping when she sings. The fact that I can only name two females here means that I vote for male voices.

Starting from Simon and Garfunkel, Don Williams and of course Elvis to Johnny Cash and Peter Noon, it is males al the way.

A female voice. I don't think males should, or can, really sing. I've never heard a male voice that I have fallen in love with.

It totally depends on the style and how well they can sing. I usually prefer female vocalists.

Female voice. Mainly because of people like Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston.

It depends on the individual. There are singing artists of both sexes that I enjoy. I don't think there is a competition between the sexes on this issue.

Both men and women may be gifted with a great voice. Often it depends on the song, the singing style, and any unique characteristics of the singers voice. I think either one can be fantastic.

Depends on the performer and the song. youtube.com/watch?v=eh9WayN7R-shttp://ww....

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
