Which does more damage in COD: MW2: FMJ bullets or the stopping power perk?

FMJ is only to shoot through surfaces and object to kill your enemy it does not kill them any faster stopping power gives your bullets extra damage and makes a real diffrence. More.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
