Which dog breed is the most intelligent and which dog breed is the dumbest?

From what I've heard, the most intelligent dog in the border collie. Although recent studies have shown that the standard poodle might actually be the smartest. As for the dumbest, it varies from one dog to the next.

Although I personally think it's probably the great dane. All of the ones I've met seem to be dumb as a rock (no offense to those of you that own one).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
