I own My Fitness Coach, and it provides a good workout, especially on the higher levels. However, it also becomes very repetitive, as it fills the workout with more or less random chosen workouts. I've had many a time where I was doing the same excercise over and over again.
Also, the game does not make any good use of the Wii controls. It is a rebrand of the PC game Yourself! Fitness, and it really shows.
If I would have to chose again, I'd get EA Sports Active, even though I haven't seen it. It is bound to be better. Alternatively, you could try and get Yourself!
Fitness for cheap (it is an old product), and save yourself some bucks.
EA Sports couch I will say is the best, you will break a sweat and its fun so I say go for EA.
Oh gosh. My Fitness Coach is great because you get your own personal trainer. The create profile step in My Fitness Coach is amazing.
The fitness test walks you though different steps, for example, measuring your heart rate after jumping jacks, measuring it after a resting period, crunches and lunges, measurement of your biceps, triceps, thighs etc. The whole point of this is for the system AKA Coach to understand your fitness goals better and help you lose weight. And the EA Sports Active is great too because there are some" hi-intensity" or slightly more advanced strength exercises. Oh gosh, lets just show you what other people have to say, this person can say it way better than me... I don't want to make this long so please go here amazon.com/EA-Sports-Active-Nintendo-Wii... and read L.
Gary's review. It is a very helpful full detailed review. Both work outs are great.
It all depends on your body. I think having both could not hurt. I think they both have their pros and cons, But they are all personal pros and cons.
So, yea. I hope this helps.(^_^)V.
EA sports Active is a better choice by far! It has activities, games, and challenges. It's like a gym in a box!
My Fitness Coach is just as the name implies: a coach. It's more like an interactive workout video. EA brings the pain though, some of the activities aren't at the begginers level.
You use the resistance bands and optional board but the bands are a bit weak and have been reported to break with extensive use. Overall, I think you will be more pleased with the EA title rather than MFC! Generally, if it's sports, EA has good stuff to offer!
Hope this helps!
EA sports. You can always just get a dvd for a workout. EA is actually a 'game' with a workout.
I don't remember the name of the game itself, but I played 'boxing' once and it was really active!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
