According to Associated Content, Prevention is the number one health and fitness magazine, followed by Women’s Health Magazine, Men’s Health Magazine, Fitness Magazine and Arthritis Today. I would agree with them in that Prevention is a great health and fitness magazine. Unlike some of the others, it is not a glossy magazine filled with advertisements and celebrities on the cover telling us what they do to stay in shape.
Most people do not have the time to invest in getting into shape that celebrities do because that is their business. Prevention is filled with great tips for exercise, eating healthier and looking better. They also have recipes that are easy to follow.
Every issue is filled with tons of information that you can actually use and it’s not to buy another product. I never feel as if I’m trying to be sold on another item that I’ll never use. I don’t know if it’s worth subscribing to but it is worth taking a look at over the long haul to see if it responds to your needs.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
