Both have 2 sets of wings but damselflies fold their wings when at rest. The damselfly is distinguished from dragonflies by its laterally projecting eyes and petiolate ("having a stalk or stem") wings folded above the body when at rest. A dragonfly is larger and stouter than damselflies and holds the wings horizontally when at rest.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
