Which is better Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo x2 or Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended?

I personally will stand for adobe photoshop cs4. Actually it depends, photoshop has many options that are not available corel paint shop like layer options, which make it best as image editor. But if you are professional artist or painter, corel paint or painter will help you more.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
