Near us in S W France there is a romantic chateau surrounded by a lake called the Domaine des Etangs. Wonderful spot, brilliant ambiance. We sometimes get over-spill guests from their weddings in our B & B, Les Trois Chenes.
If I was thinking of a run-away wedding, I'd choose the Domaine. It is just on the edge of Limousin, a wonderfully green part of France, yet to be discovered.
The best holiday destination for honeymoon is , if you like nature, high mountains, temperate weather during the months of June-July and friendly people, is Hunza, Gilgit Baltistan, Northern Areas, Pakisran.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
