Major stores either department stores, chain stores and grocery stores commonly have the best savings to pass on to customers. Most of these retailers are able to purchase a large enough quantity to receive a discount from the manufacturer then pass the savings on to the customer. The savings will vary from store to store and depends on what you are purchasing.It would be a difficult assessment to say which store offers the best deals with no specific category or product.

Independent stores do what they can to stay as competitive with large chain stores. They also work with manufactures to pass savings to the customers and are more willing to offer in store coupons. I have found independent stores to have more coupons throughout the store making the savings more substantial.

Savings cards do work, often this is the only way you can receive the discount price from the store. When you sign up for savings cards they will send you coupons in the mail in addition some stores even give you a voucher similar to cash.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
