First off if you haven't heard of e.l.f. Cosmetics you should check them out. They have great colors and a variety of makeup, a lot of people that have more expensive makeup brands in their bag, like MAC cosmetics also have e.l.

F products that they love that only cost a couple bucks. Their products get mentioned in women's magazines all the time, and the website makes note of that as well making it easy to find their most popular products. Secondly I have found a new website I love http://thekrazycouponlady.com.

They have blogs all the time about really great deals on makeup at your local drugstore, or places like Walmart and Target. These ladies know their stuff! Drugstore. Com is one of the best online stores that have regular and automatic discounts on cosmetics, including lipstick, concealer, and mascara. Recently the prices for what used to be basic make-up, has risen beyond the level of normal inflation.

For example, a bottle of nail polish used to be $3.00 but now no brand is under $6.00. I am referring to the cheap stuff too. Amazon.Com tends to have good deals on make-up.

Places such as Macys, Target, Walmart, and JcPenneys have increased their prices on even the most basic of make-up. Brick and mortar drugstores, like CVS have also increased their price also. This is probably because their rental space costs have increased and the cost of goods has also increased, including the cost of transporting goods to the stores.
