Hello As your question suggests, although access courses provide an alternative route to university, it is really important to check the most appropriate access subject area for your proposed undergraduate studies. For detailed information on the access courses available, have a look at the UCAS website at http://ucas.com/students/beforeyouapply/… and the access course search facility at http://www.accesstohe.ac.uk/ - select the subject (midwifery) and, if relevant, the region in which you wish to study. This site also has FAQs – you may also find this useful to clarify any further queries.
The Royal College of Midwives website http://www.rcm.org.uk/ also has information on entry requirements for courses as well as information on the job role, pay and working conditions, and opportunities ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
