Well as far as I know about structure of atom that hydrogen has 1 electron in its shell and lithium has 2 in its inner and 1 in its outer so to go stable lithium either needs 7 electrons or needs to loose 1 electorn. In the case of hydrogen hydrogen can either loose or take 1 electron so 1lithium atom will come in hydrogen shell as shown in the pic . So here hydrogen gains 1 electron so its valency here is +1 and lithium looses 1 electron so its valency is -1.So the chemical formula is HLi.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
