Which type of birds are the easiest to train and teach?

HI Cruise_T and thanks for the question. The best and easiest types of birds to train are generally your larger birds like Macaws and Amazons. Please keep in mind that the larger the bird the larger the bone crushing beak.

Macaws have up to two-hundred PSI bite pressure and can certainly injure you hand quite severely if you do not know what you are doing. Cockatiels come in next on the list with them being nearly half the size of a Macaw and are relatively more friendly and playful, they require more attention and time to teach them to do tricks and speak but they do have the capacity to learn they also do best when paired with another bird if you happen to be busy a lot. Training birds requires repetition and patience.

You should always stick with one word and repeat it throughout the day or week until the bird picks it up and them immediately give the fellow a treat.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
