Which was the most terrible movie you've watched in cinema that made you regret spending your money for the ticket?

Since it's cinema, I'm assuming it has to be in the theater. Which would make my choice "Hard Rain. " There are a couple other candidates I remember from back in those days, namely, Street Fighter and "The Quest" (both Van Damme films).

Hard Rain took the cake though. I was about 17 or so when I saw that with my friends. We weren't particularly interested in seeing a movie because we wanted to go out boozing afterwards. It was easy to see a bad movie back then.

The internet hadn't really taken off so movie reviews weren't readily accessible. Well, they were, but what kid reads newspaper reviews? Anyway, we're sitting there in the theater and my friend keeps saying "this movie sucks, let's go boozing.

" I remember there was a stupid scene where people were on jetskis shooting machine guns at each other. Each action scene was just stupid and totally unbelievable. I finally agreed that it was time to get going.

My other friend, who was really tight with money, insisted on staying. We wanted to leave so bad we bought his ticket back for him. I think we got pretty drunk that night.

Rollerball was poorly written movie about sports and was release in 2002. It was poorly done on screen and it lacks action and suspense. members.tripod.com/AinoNinja/id28.html.

Eyes wide shut... by far. What is worse, I didn't have to pay for it. I worked at a theatre and we previewed all the movies before opening night.

I didn't have to pay but I still walked out of it before it ended. Just a horrible movie. I wasted 1.5hours of my life sitting through that.

Nimm's Island; my friends and I got bored and left before it was even halfway over.

Soldier Blue". In the first five minutes, Union soldiers rode into a Native American village and blew away a lot of people. When they showed them literally blowing the face off of a little 5 year old boy, I walked out and asked for my money back.

They refused, saying the posters all had warnings on them.

Well, I have to say that while it wasn't terrible...Titanic. It was an "ok" movie, but I was pregnant with my son...and well....I fell asleep! What a waste of a ticket!

But a few years later, I watched it and wasn't too impressed. The only thing I kept thinking about was that there was plenty of room on that floating piece of ship, and Rose could have shared with Jack...but noooo, she has to be selfish. LOL.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
