What was the most recent movie you watched that made you cry?

Annelisle - I think I missed the movie you mentioned... but the trailer looks good. I'll pick it up tonight and watch it. I watched a movie that I have not watched since it first came out back in 1987.

The movie, Empire of the Sun was stunning at the theatre and seeing it again made it just as memorable again. It's wonderful to watch Christian Bale when he's only 14. S acting in this film is amazing.

The movie covers World War II through the eyes of an English boy in occupied Shanghai. I can't tell you the exact part that made me cry Anne, but it was at the end (don't want to spoil the movie! ).

Pick it up sometime and watch it. You won't be disappointed in this early Steven Spielberg movie!

The most recent movie I've watched that make me blubber to bits was Hachi: A Dog's Tale. Oh this made the water works go off. I got to the point I could not even control it.

What a love Hachi had for the main character Parker Wilson, played by Richard Gere. This movie is sort of based on a true story. The story is real, it's just from a more modern perspective.

I just watched the trailer on youtube to post with this answer and the tears are just streaming down my face. If only everyone could be as lucky as to have such a special pets|pet. It makes you wonder how anyone could ever mistreat an animal.

I am trying to avoid the story for anyone who hasn't seen it, but I must say it ranks high and all pet lovers must see this one.

The most recent movie that made me cry was just a couple nights ago. The family and I sat down for family movie night and watched "Remember Me" starring Robert Pattinson. The movie had a fabulous story and my daughter and I cried more than once.

I do not want to give the plot away so I will not go into details, but my opinion is anyone who has not seen, should definitely see it. In a way I do love the movies that are tear jerkers. They are typically about love or hurt in some way and at times a good cry is what we all need!

I am going to put Everybody's Fine on my list of movies to watch. I also love Robert De Niro! He is an amazing actor!

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. One of the actors was Bradd Pitt. S life was the opposite of ours.

That was the reason why he could not have a normal relationship with his daughter and wife. You have to see it, to understand it. I am not the crying type, but I cried with this movie.

I don't think I ever cried during a movie, but I thought the Wrestler was really sad. rottentomatoes.com/m/the_wrestler.

I am ashamed to say I am a sucker for Nicolas Cage and recently the movie Con Air, like always, made me tear up. Just something about going through the whole movie without ever seeing his daugther, with the combination of being reunited with his wife along with the music playing. The reactions are so surreal, very good acting.

Another Nicolas Cage movie that made me tear up, but not actually cry was the recent Kick Ass. The way he died and his daughters reaction just did me in. There are very few movies that I have cried through, none I would like to repeat lol.

The Green Mile was my first. The Sixth Man was my second (I was very young at the time). Third was Con Air, lol.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
