While Federer is certainly at the summit of his sport, there have been many others over the years who dominated tennis similarly. Thus, though a straight apples to apples comparison is impossible, by these two indirect measures, Tiger wins.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
