I doubt it. In past years maybe...but with the new collective bargaining agreement top picks are no longer as pricey, so people will actually want to keep the picks instead of trying to trade down. Unless the Rams get the pick, someone other than the Pats will get Luck.
The Patriots won't go after Luck. He plays the QB position completely different than Brady, who of course is the Patriots' bread and butter. Plus, they already have Ryan Mallet, whose play style is much closer to Brady's.
The Pats are already building for their future at QB by having Mallet learn from Brady.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
