President Hugo Chavez is many things to many people. For many of Venezuela's poor he represents hope for a brighter future, for many of his country's wealthy he has caused economic chaos in their homeland. For Cubans he is the source of cheap oil, for those with eye problems he is the source of the medicine for their new found sight.
For history books he is the son of two school teachers who has risen to become, according to TIME magazine, one of the world's most influential people. Hugo Chavez was born on July 28, 1954 in the capital of Venezuela's state of Barinas. At the age of 17 he enrolled at the Venezuelan Academy of Military Sciences graduating as a sub-lieutenant in 1975.
After several months of military service he spent time at Simon Bolivar University but left without a graduate degree. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
