Let's set the way-way back machine again.... Since I haven't seen SNL in...oh, I guess about 25 years....I will have to ask you to bear with me. I still think of SNL as Bill Murray, Dan Ackroyd, John Belushi, Chevy Chase (at first), Gilda Radner, Loraine Newman and Jane Curtin. SO...... My favorite host in those days was Paul Simon.

I've always been a big fan of his, and it was terrific to see him sing and get into some of the skits. Once when he hosted, he had Art Garfunkel on to sing "My Little Town" with him. Steve Martin was always a great host too, and seemed like one of the gang.

No comparison between his singing and Paul Simon's, though.... Is it still on? Is it still funny? Tom Hanks Tom Hanks is just awesome. He does a lot of great skits, he is so funny. Bottom line he is one of the most talented actors on this planet and makes one heck of a host for SNL!
