This is a great idea. I think it's better for both users and staffs too. Users don't have to send bug report individually.
Staffs don't have to receive, acknowledge and reply thousands of bug report mail. Cool way to prioritize and auto-check for redundancy too. Great presentation too.
Some opinions: 1. The bug report once put there is not editable (but it’s deleteable). Editable up to a short time may be good as sometimes will have typo errors etc.2.
Will be good if Mahalo staffs can report own bug that they have discovered and comment: working on it. 3. Will be better Mahalo can use it as “announcement†too – a special section for announcement of what is new.
It’s best to have “announcement†on Mahalo main site but on support forum is OK too.

This is great! It removes the "email us at..." work, so basically the dev's can be informed faster about any problem without having to read hundreds of emails! I like it, but where can I see this link on a Mahalo page?
This is really awesome, and a real improvement to the bug-squatting. Now everyone has a place to check if a bug they encountered has already been listed, saving time on both Mahalo dev side, as well as Mahaloians, as they can now find out if 1) anyone else is experiencing the same thing 2) a fix is in the works. Well done folks!
You keep impressing me with these improvements!
I just checked this out Corey and I will have to say it looks great. :) I love the democratic way a problem is prioritized and that we must use our votes wisely. We have been needing a page like this since day one.
Hopefully this works as good as it looks like it will work so we all can be on the same page with what has been reported, what are the hot bugs, and what bugs have been squashed etc. Like it, like it, like it. Go Celtics!
This is great! I love it. We really needed something like this to organize the bug system.
I like how it is built into the community and people can vote and comment on the different bugs. By the way, the links are not working at the moment, but they were working yesterday.
Excellent, this is going to be great for keeping track of bugs in the system. Much like a program that I used to work with when I was doing Quality Control / testing of websites. It's the only way to go for letting everyone know what's already been reported, what is next to be worked on and what has been done.
Great work.
There is an entry that was listed as "completed" so I couldn't vote for it.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
