No, YOU do not understand.... if a "minimum of 4 minutes" is added by the fourth official then the referee can add any lost time onto the end of that. That's actually the point of the PA saying "there will be a minimum of X minutes is to to be added on". It actually says so in the laws of the game...not sure why I'm getting thumbs down for stating the facts.

I can't see how Arsene being punished with a charge or being sent to the stands affects or prevents him from being able to bring Arsenal to win the title.....

To be fair he did kind of try push the fourth official, they say injury time is minimum, so that's a minimum of four minutes. We have only ourselves to blame for switching off in the final second. The media love to bash Wenger though, they get their daily xenophobia fix from that, and twisting meanings.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
